pneumatic tires, 4" aluminum railings, steel frame, tongue

You supply the plywood. Full instructions are included. (Unlike
the Utility Band Wagon, this wagon does not fold in half.)

14-gauge steel construction with 4" poly wheels with ball-bearing
swivel casters and durable black finish. The base of the caddy is
1" x 2" steel tubing, welded on each corner for added
strength. The uprights are 1 1/4" square steel tubing, welded
on both corners for added strength. Stores up to 48 uniforms and
48 hats in boxes. 48" hanging area. Three fixed shelves, with
1/4" tempered masonite material, accommodate hat boxes with
dimensions of 12" L x 12" W x 12" H. Perfect for
plastic shako boxes. Notched hanging bars, made from 1" square
